An adhesion test was performed on the walls coated with the Raven 405 material. Dollies
were glued in place on 6 -5 -06 using Loctite glue. Dollies were scribed around down to
concrete today prior to performing adhesion test. An Elcometer 0 -1,000 psi gage was used to
pull dollies

Identification Coating Observations
A high voltage holiday detector observation was performed on the walls, ceiling and trough
areas coated with the Raven 405 material today. Detector was set at 9,000 volts. Numerous
pinhole holidays were found and marked. 4 block outs at bottom of trough and one area
around pipe in ceiling are not yet coated.
4 dollies for adhesion test were glued in place and will be pulled tomorrow.
Holiday detector used was DE Sterns Co Model 14/20 regulated voltage pulse type holiday
detector
