Additional Information:
The concrete walls, ceiling and trough inside the lift station are being coated with the Raven 405 material today Surfaces were water
blast cleaned yesterday and allowed to dry overnight. The trough walls and floor were prime coated prior to the Raven 405 material
application. There are several block outs that will be coated at a later date. These are the 4 openings in trough floor and area around
pipe penetration. Remaining areas had the 405 material applied in two coats. The first coat was sprayed on and then troweled into
fi l l bug holes and uneven areas. Material was allowed to setup. Any pinhole areas were closed up. The second coat was then sprayed
over this. Wet film thickness readings were taken during application and met specified thickness requirement of 125 mils.
