and IH (;35, by the City of Irving Prior to requesting a meeting, please be prepared
to present written documentation from the City of Irving stating that they have the capabilities
to serve the property and are willing to enter Into an Inter-local agreement to serve the
property
Be advised that an Inter-local agreement between the City of Coppell and the City of Irving
for servIcing this tract of land would need to be approved by both Irving's and Coppell's City
Councils
