RE A val1abIlity of CIty of Coppell UtIlities
Dear Mr Ralston
This letter is in response to your inquiry regarding the availability of City utilities for property known
as SA & MG RR Abstract, Tract 12, located at the southeast comer of Royal Lane and IH 635 To the
best of my knowledge the utihties are as follows
WATER:
The CIty of Coppell has a 16" line in Royal Lane approximately 900 feet north of your site, on the
north side of IH 635
SANITARY SEWER:
There IS an 8" sanitary sewer hne that runs parallel to IH 635 on the north SIde ThIS line IS also
approximately 900 feet from your property
STORM DRAINAGE:
The City of Coppell has no storm sewer lines in the vicinity of this property TxDOT may have some
available lines within the IH 635 corridor
As always in the development of the property, the design engineer should determine whether the
existing utilities available to the site are adequate to service the site, or if some additional measures
need to be taken to adequately service the property In addition to these considerations, permIsslOn
from TxDOT will be necessary to cross IH 635 If you have any questions or need any addItional
