In response to you 17, 1987 concerning the drainage
structure north o~,..~arkwoo~ lI~ision, the improvements to the
subdivision were co~nder the ownership of General Homes
Corporation based on design approved by the CMUD and the City, with
inspection by the CMUD and the City, and final acceptance for the
improvements and maintenance thereof by the CMUD and the City. There-
fore, it is my opinion that the situation should be corrected by the
City of Coppell or others. I would suggest that you take immediate
action to prevent further erosion and possible damage to the structure.
