In response to your letter of December 31, 1986, regarding the
District sharing in engineering costs with the City for the Park~3od
Drainage Channel, it is my understanding that the District agreed to
share in these costs not to exceed 50% of $2,500.00.
If you can determine in advance of January 13 what the costs
will be, I can get the check executed at the meeting on that ra3rn-
ing. Otherwise, the expenditure can be approved and the City reim-
bursed in February. In any event, the District did comx~t to share
in these costs and will await your c~onication on its sb~%re.
Please recall that the District intends to hold the January 13
· meeting at the City Hall. As it will apparently be a pretty routine
meeting, I w~uld not expect that a large room ~3uld be required. I
~Duld expect a total attendance of about fifteen (15) people.
