SUB~TECT: Sewer Easement on MacArthur Fark Property
Pursuant to your request of June 17, 1997, the Leisure Services
Departmeat has no objection to a sewer easement as indicated on your
map, traversing the northern edge of MacArthur Park. We do not
anticipate the construction of any buildings in this area.
Will this area be subject to any restrictions that would prohibit usage of
this area for recreation programs, i.e. soilball fields, soccer fields, etc? If
so, please let me know as soon as possible.
