Subject: GoppeQ Greens Phase 2 -Request for Building Permits
Dear Mr. Campbell:
On November 23, 1999, on behalf of the City of Coppell, you issued a letter accepting
the infrastructure improvements we constructed in the Goppell Greens Phase 2
subdivision. Subsequently, we submitted the plat to the City for final signatures.
However, unbeknown to the City, Denton County changed their paperwork requirements
for recording the plat which caused us to have to go through the signature process all over
again. This will result in an additional delay in recording the final plat and the issuance
of addresses.
I do not want this delay (which was not our fault) to further delay the City of Coppell's
review and issuance of building permits in Coppell Greens Phase 2 and I am asking for
your assistance. I.ennar Homes of Texas would like to start to submit permits to the City
of Coppell {without addresses) fvr the construction of homes in Phase 2 with the
understanding that the recordation of the Plat is imminent and that immediately thereafter
the City wild issue addresses. Initially, Lennar would like to get permits for Lots 1-11,
Block F, Coppell Greens Phase 2. We would greatly appreciate your help in
accomplishing this task.
