Services: Soil sample pickup.
On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as requested for
soil sample pickup. Terracon was called to the job site by the superintendent to pickup soil
samples collected for Standard Proctor Laboratory Compaction Characteristics of Soil. There were no
new soils to be picked-up at the site; the soils had already been previously sampled and brought to
Terracon's lab for analysis.
