Dear Mr. Bryan:
At the July 8, 1997 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with this letter are three copies of the contract signed by the Mayor. Please sign the
three copies, provide the required bonds and return two of the copies to the Engineering
Department. One of the copies is for your record. Once the contracts have been signed and
returned to our office, a preconstruction meeting will be scheduled and a notice to proceed letter
will be issued.
The inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. If you should have questions concerning
