As discussed in yesterday's preconstruction meeting, Canfer Construction Company is responsible for paying
for all retesting of failed test locations for the above referenced project.
h.nclosed is an Agreement along with a Schedule of Fees, should you choose to select our Firm to provide any
retesting. The unit fees for such would be the same as those to be charged to the City of Coppell.
Prior to any retesting provided by our Firm, please sign our Agreement and return one (1) copy for our Files.
Your signature of acceptance will confirm the agreement for the services requested.
