This Easement is also granted on condition that GRANTEE do the following: 1) The temporary construction fence to be tied to the NE and NW corners of the house with two other temporary construction fences (one to the east and one to the west) in order to create a rectangular area where the dogs can run. 2) After construction of the underground easement has been completed or after any entry or repairs or maintenance, grantee shall return the surface area including any fence to its original condition as nearly as practical taken into consideration the nature of the work being performed.
