these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto to the City o f Co ppe] 1 . the free
and uninterrupted use, liberty and privilege of the passage in, along, upon ami across the following
described property, a drainage easement described in the attached Exhibit A and ~ grancor
owned by the ~:~:t[80( , Situated in Dal 1 as County, Texas, in thc
d.W. Anderson Survey, Abstract No. 18 including a ten (10) foot
wide temporary construction easement south of and parallel to said Exhibit A.
All fences removed will be replaced to original location and quality, lrees will
be replaced to an equivalent diameter and type tree, not necessarily on a tree
for tree basis but on an inch per inch basis.
Fences will be replaced if removed to origiral condition. Damages to the existing
landscape will be -eoaired. Any temporary construction easement granted will De
abolished upon completion of work.
This Easement is also granted on condition that GRANTEE do the following:
1) The temporary construction fence to be tied to the NE and NW corners of the
house with two other temporary construction fences (one to the east and one
to the west) in order to create a rectangular area where the dogs can run.
2) After construction of the underground easement has been completed or after
any entry or repairs or maintenance, grantee shall return the surface area
including any fence to its original condition as nearly as practical taken
into consideration the nature of the work being performed.
For the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage pipe a.d inlets

employees, workmen and representatives having in,ess, egress, and regress in, along upon and across said
