RE: Punchlist Walk Through for Country Estates (Water
& Sanitary Sewer)
Field staff performed a punchlist walk through on the above
referenced project yesterday morning. The following items remain
deficient.
1. Sta. 2+35.13 - Manhole needs to be re-structured to
allow proper fit of chimney seal and
rain pan.
2. Lots on Harris Road - Water Services need to be
Section B Lots 9 to 16 marked on curb, lots need
lateral cleanouts and sewer
laterals need to be marked on
curb.
3. Clean all sanitary sewer lines and manholes.
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
