Country Estates - Punchlist Walk Through
(Water/Sanitary Sewer)
Utilities personnel performed a walk through of the above
referenced project this morning to ensure correction of punchlist
items. The only items that need correction are the installation
of cleanouts on lots 9 through 16 on Block B. I have informed
the engineer of this project that I would be willing to sign off
on the water and sanitary sewer portion of the project provided
they agree to install these cleanouts.
Attached you will find a copy of a letter from Peter Staks
indicating their agreement to do this.
Please ensure that as builts and maintenance bonds are sent to
Public Works with a copy of the acceptance letter.
