Please accept this letter as our request, on behalf of the property owner, for City acceptance of the
improvements of the Country Estates Subdivision. We would respectfully request this for all subdivision lots,
i.e, Block A, Lots 1-13 and Block B, Lots 1-16 in order to allow our builders to gain building permits and
initiate home construction.
