RE: Walk-Through/Punchlist for Country Estates
(Water/Sanitary Sewer)
Field staff performed a walk through of the above referenced
project on Wednesday, November 25. The following items were
found to be deficient:
1. Sta. 2+48.55 - Need concrete around outside of
manhole ring.
2. Sta. 4+32.92 - Need concrete around outside of
manhole ring.
3. Sta. 2+35.13 - Need concrete around outside of
manhole ring.
4. Need approved rain pans in manholes.
A. Rain Stopper
B. Knudson
C. No Flow - Inflow
5. Lot 13 & 12 - Need dirt around clean out.
6. Lots on Harris Road - Section B-9 to 16 - Water
Services and Sewer Cleanouts not completed.
7. F.H. on Brooks & Harris - Barrel gasket leaking
8. Need to clean all sanitary sewer lines and
manholes thoroughly
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
