Harris Road/Bethel School Road Improvements
Dear Mr. House:
As we discussed on March 10, 1992 meeting, the following items need to be
completed prior to acceptance of the Harris S. treet/Bethel School Road
improvements:
1 The grasscrete in the R.O.W. will be acceptable, however, it
should be included as part of the Big Cedar Home Owners
Agreement.
2 A fence and gate should be placed at both ends of the abandoned
section of Bethel School Road.
3 The existing approach off of Bethel Road onto Bethel School
Road should be reconfigured to more closely represent a typical
driveway approach.
4) Private drive signs should be placed at both the north and
south end of the abandoned section of Bethel School Road.
