Any temporary construction easement granted will be abolished upon completion of wcrk. %his easement is also granted on the condition that Grantee do the following: 1.) After construction of the underground easement has been completed or after an}' entry or repairs or maintenance, Grantee shall return the surface area including any fence to its original condition as nearly as practical taking into consideration the nature of the work being performed. 2.)
