tree bas~s but on an ~nch per ~nch bas~s.
Fences will be replaced if removed to original condition. Damages to the existing
landscape will be repaired. Any temporary construction easement granted will be
abolished upon completion of work.
The easement is also granted on the condition that Grantee do the following:
1.) After construction of the underground easement has been completed or after
any entry or repairs or maintenance, Grantee shall return the surface area,
including any fence, to its original condition as nearly as practical, taking
into consideration the nature of the work being performed.
2.) Grantor reserves the right to use and maintain the surface of tl=e easement
strip for purposes which b-ill not interfere with Grantee's rights hereby
granted, and agrees that upon completion of the underground facility and
restoration of the surface, Grantee shall not be obligated for future
maintenance and upkeep of the surface area.
3.) This will be a drainage easement for underground pipe only.
For the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage pipe and inlets
