Water lines in Lesley Drive and Belt Line Rd. are too long to dead end. These lines will need to be connected prior to the adjacent development taking place. Concept Drainaee Plan - 2. Additional information is needed on the capacity of the "Public System" to the south. TxDOT approval will be required to connect to this system. 3. Additional information is needed on how you propose to convey the public storm water from Dividend Drive to the north. Drainage easements will need to be in place for the construction of this system. Concept Pavine Plan - 4. Lesley Drive is being constructed as a 37' back-to-back street in 50' ROW. An additional 5' Sidewalk and Utility Easement will be required on each side of the ROW when the adjacent property develops. Engineering staff will continue to work on these details with the developer as it moves forward.
