Dear Coppell Resident
The City of Coppell has hired Craig Olden, Inc to repair erosion within the floodplain along
Cottonwood Creek behind the homes on the East Side of Winding Hollow Lane The work
will consist of repairing erosion along Cottonwood Creek and constructing a channel from a
storm drain discharge pipe to the creek to prevent recurrence of this erosion. See the
attached exhibit for more information on the area of the work.
You may see construction activity beginning as soon as Monday, November 13, 2006 The
project should be complete within 30 days If you have any questions about the project,
please feel free to contact me or Albert Samamego, the inspector for the project. His
