ITEM: Coppell Town Center Plaza, Site Plan, to allow the development of
plaza area to include an amphitheater, 65-foot tall tower element, water
feature, shad pavilion, walkways, seating areas and landscaping on
approximately 6 acres of property located south of Coppell Town Center and
east of the Justice Center, at the request of Francois deKock, Halff
