Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr. Black:
In a letter dated September 22, 2006 you were asked to provide record drawings of the
public improvements from the project's engineer to the City of Coppell Engineering Dept.
We have not received these documents and your final acceptance letter is being held up
because. of this issue. The punchlist items have been completed and the maintenance bond
has been received. The term of the bond starts on the date of the final acceptance letter.
I encourage you to submit the record drawings immediately if you have them. If you
have not received them from Keith M. Hamilton of Hamilton Consulting, please contact
him to provide our office with both mylar and electronic copies.
