Dear Ms. Lindley:
This letter is in response to a request we received from you concerning the availability of City utilities at
the above referenced location. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
The City of Coppell has a 16" water line in the west right-of--way of MacArthur Blvd, and a 16" water
line in Sandy Lake Road and a l6" water line in Kimbel Kt.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is an existing 8" sewer line that runs north from the site to Village Parkway and an 8" line in
Village Parkway.
As always in the development of the property, the engineer should determine whether the existing utilities
available to the site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are
necessary for fire protection.
