Rick Odell Rick, Thank you for coming out to my office this morning to take a look at our brick wall situation. As you know while trenching to prepare for installation of this wall a mystery water line was hit that was not on any plans. I understand you met with my builder this morning and you would like us to proceed with the brick wall which we are prepared to do. Once concern I have is that you had mentioned that the water line will probably be moved at some point in the future. I want to make sure that when and if that happens, if our wall is damaged in the process due to the tight quarters in that area, the city will take care of whatever damage might occur to that wall. I met with Greg Jones last week and we discussed possibly using a screening type hedge in lieu of the wall. I know plants would be easier to replace if need be than brick and mortar. We are extremely anxious to complete this project as I know the city is as well. Please let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks. David H.
