Show FDC and hydrants on paving plan. 2. Minimum paving section for parking is 5" with lime stabilized subgrade or 6" without lime with submission of a variance request letter. Please make the necessary changes and submit three sets of final construction plans for the City Engineer's stamp and as many copies as necessary for your contractors' construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans stamped and approved by the City of Coppell. Because fees have already been paid for this project, we will consider this a plan revision only and no additional fees will be collected.
