I finally received a report from the arborist concerning potential damage to trees if we try to build a
sidewalk next to the trees instead of behind them. Obviously, "behind the trees" means placing the
sidewalk on the Georgian Place property. We all know how welcome I am on the Georgian Place
property. As this continues to unfold, we will probably be faced with a decision of just removing all
the trees or condemning Georgian Place property to place the sidewalk behind the trees so we can
attempt to save the trees. There are no guarantees, but, placing the sidewalk behind the trees gives us
the greatest chance of saving the trees.
The report is attached (I changed parts of the text to red to emphasis the comments.) I also have a
request [rom the Georgian Place HOA president for a copy of the report. I will be emailing him a copy
later today.
