Per your request I will be sending you a copy of the proposed License Agreement for the screening wall
within City Right-of-Way for your Wynn page Development. This will give you and your lawyer an
opportunity to review the document prior to City Council action. We will hold off on taking the agreement
to council until we have heard back from you. I'll send the agreement the first part of next week. With a
quick turn around we should be able to bring the agreement forward in September.
Please have your lawyer forward me his opinion on the applicability of a property owners association for
shared maintenance of the private utilities and lift station. I will share his opinion with our folks and
respond.
