Dear Suzan,
Thank you for your recent request for our utility locations in regards to the above
referenced project. This letter serves as notice that McLeodUSA (formerly CapRock
Communications) does not currently have facilities within the City of Coppell, TX.
Although a permit to construct a fiber optic cable system was obtained in 2000, the
system was never built.
