Verizon is supposed to have relocated their facilities, TXU has
submitted permits for a portion of the project but have not started
the
relocations, Comcast said they would have to wait until TXU has
relocated their poles, and Atmos said their were broke and wanted to
wait on their relocations. I want to have the utility representatives
walk the length of the project with us and discuss the location of
their
existing and relocated facilities. We have had nothing but trouble
with
Verizon on the W. Sandy Lake project, every time we dig we hit one of
their facilities. They said they had everything out of the way. If
the
bid dates and times work for you I am going to send out a letter to
the
utilities letting them know.

TranSystems is out on Bass Pro this week marking the ROW limits. The
tree company under contract with Grapevines will be out there next
week
Our parks department wanted to use the firm that we have under annual
contract. Thanks for the help with Golden Tree.
TXU is ready to start and Verizon is meeting with me today to pick up
their permit. They may need to make a few changes but they are very
minor and should be able to be corrected this week. They thought that
they could start next week.

changed the time for the bid opening.
