We did not do an environmental assessment for the project. Our
consultant prepared a mitigation plan for the USACE permit. We were
originally going to have to get an individual permit but got it down
to
a NWP by reducing the scope of the channel improvements under this
project. I can a-mail you a copy of the plan if you want it.

Did you do an Environmental Assessment for the project? If so did you
do a study on the % of canopy removed or inventory the trees.
