It was a pleasure meeting with you last week, August 4,2006 regarding the Sandy Lake RoadlST 99-
02A project and specifically the issue of continued accessibility of the Sandy Lake Road entrance into
Coppell Bible Fellowship's property located at 751 West Sandy Lake Road.
Enclosed, please find a copy of the handwritten agreement that is summarized below. As you, John
Gay (Project Superintendent of TISEO Paving Company), Suzan Taylor and I discussed, the following
timeline and associated activities were agreed upon concerning said driveway access.
. Friday, August 4th-Sunday, August 6th - Access of driveway; driveway will consist of rock, soil and
lime stabilization.
. Monday, August th - 1/2 day same as above; 1/2 day form/set-up (*5 signs must be in place).
. Tuesday, August 8th-Friday, August 11th - Driveway closed.
. Saturday, August 1 ih - Driveway closed but late Saturday will reestablish entrance full width
driveway with dirt over concrete for grade purposes.
. Sunday, August 13th - Driveway open; same as above full width driveway with dirt over concrete.
. Monday, August 14th - Entrance open however we will have 1/2 drive access when Coppell Bible
Fellowship driveway is poured.
. No further closure of Coppell Bible Fellowship entrance at Sandy Lake.
It was agreed that five (5) signs were to be place in strategic locations agreed upon.
If any of the dates mentioned above are missed then the temporary construction driveway must be
installed as shown on the plan and agreement dated 11/2/04.
