RE: As-built plans for the drainage ditch and Parkwood III Fees
Dear Mr. PoweII:
I have copies of the as-built plans for the drainage channel which include location
details for side slope protection. I will make myself available to discuss this item or
any other items concerning the drainage channel at your convenience.
Also, before General Homes can pay the fees for Parkwood HI, we will need an invoice
from the City requesting the necessary amount.
