SECOND NOTICE
Dear Mr. Smith:
The City of Coppell notified your company via facsimile on November 13, 2006 requesting
repair of an irrigation leak at the above address (see attached). The leak has not been repaired as
of this date. The facilities are covered under a maintenance bond submitted prior to final
acceptance of the work completed by your company.
Please make immediate arrangements to perform the repair under terms provided in your bond.
Our Public Utilities department personnel stand ready to assist you in locating the leak if
necessary. If you have any questions, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
