As the above summary table shows, the proposed fill does not create any adverse hydraulic conditions.
The 100-year water surface at cross section no. 1.5 IS 481.0 for both existing and fill conditions. The
velocity Increases from 7.7 fps to &O fps. Conveyance IS reduced by 647; however, the opposite side of
Grapevine Creek has been filled with the Creekvlew reclamation. The flood storage volume is reduced
by 0.21 acre-feat and is not reflected as a decrease in the computed analysis.

The location for the proposed fill is outside of the adopted FEMA floodway. Cross section 1.5 was
added to the current effective FIS model to evaluate the effects of the proposed encroachment in the
flood fringe. The results show no negative Impacts in either the 100-year water surface elevation or
stream velocities. The following table summarizes these results.
