I have confirmed with TXU that we have power lines inside the 10 FT utility easement on our property at 622 Meadowview. We are going to talk to TXU about options for moving the lines north into the Drainage and Utility easement. What type of reviews and approvals would we need from the city to move the electric lines into the Drainage and Utility easement. 2, We determined that Verizon has 2 different lines in the back yard but they are all outside of the 10 Ft Utility easement (to the north). Verizon has indicated that they can not abandon the 10 FT easement because they would loose access to their other lines even though those lines are outside of the 10 Ft easement. Can you confirm that this is an accurate statement? Could they just abandon a potion of the easement where the pool would go and keep the easement on the east side of the property where our gate is located in order to maintain access rights to their lines? 3. Atmos and TWC all signed the letter that we sent stating that they would abandon the Easement. Any info that you can provide regarding points number 1 and 2 above would be appreciated. Should we schedule a time to meet and discuss in more detail?
