Charlene and Keith:
Transwestern has a potential tenant that wants to consider closing the
open area between Bldg 5 and Bldg 6 to make them into one building. I
spoke with Marcie Diamond and she said it would most likely have to go
through P&Z and Council approval to revise the PD.
The only utility running between the 2 buildings is a private storm
drain. It is approximately 8 to 10 feet deep in this area.
Would Engineering approve of this modification with a storm drain line
running underneath the building?
I have attached a pdf of the overall storm drain plan and a blow up at
40-scale of the area between the 2 buildings.
