through this process and look forward to getting the project kicked off. We close today and will be starting
the infrastructure design immediately.

Attached is the latest and greatest site plan- the median opening separations are as follows:
635 Frontage Rd to Hackberry - approx 450'
Hackberry to Retail opening - 425' +/-
Retail to Dividend - 980'
all distance are center of opening to center of opening

Hey, Alex. I just finished talking to Keith Marvin about the letter
Jeff Turner requested this morning regarding the median opening. Keith
asked if the plan I have is the most current plan you all have. The
plan I have shows the intersection at Dividend being slightly over 800'
from the median opening you all have by the retail. Is that correct?
Before he writes the letter, he would like to see approximately where
your median openings will be with minimum and maximum distances between
each opening. Can you adjust the site plan you have and send it to me
electronically? Sorry to make you do this.

property and get the development kicked off- it'll be a great project
