Just to clarify (so you don't think I am crazy). The civil plans for
the referenced project were sent in on May 23rd because the PD we were
waiting on had just been passed by city council. The replat that passed
in June was for the same property, but had no influence on this parking
expansion. I just wanted to make sure you knew that I do understand
Coppell's system and that I wasn't trying to bend the rules. I
appreciate you letting us move through the process quickly.
