The utility and paving requirements are in compliance with standard requirements and are acceptable to the City of Coppell. As of this date, permits can be issued to start construction of the remaining homes with'the limits of this phase. As-built drawings and one-year maintenance bonds have been received from both contractors. Maturity of the bonds will be one year from the date of completion for the following items:· 1.
