Before I come by to submit the plans, is there a form that I can fill out or
should I do it in person? Also, are there any fees that I need to pay
before or will it be when I pick up the permit? Thanks for your continuing

Tommy,
Go ahead and submit two copies of the drawings along with the permit
application. Send your submittal to Scott Latta in our office, and we
will begin the approval process. This submittal needs to be a hard copy
of the documents.
Once the drawings are approved, we will need a check for the inspection
fees, some sort of documentation concerning the mutual access. Once
that is taken care of, the contractor will need to meet our Construction
Inspector on the site of an informal pre-con.
If you have any other questions forme, feel free to call.
