CITY OF COPPELL Engineering Department 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 ~~ Re: NORTH LAKE 635 BUSINESS PARK Request for Variance on Pavement Design Coppell, Texas Dear Mr. Marvin: On behalf of Skelton, Hubbard, Skelton Partners, L TO., we request that the City of Coppell grant a variance to the Subdivision Ordinance on the pavement design criteria for the Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 2R, Block C (Coppell Business Center III). Skelton, Hubbard, Skelton Partners wishes to eliminate the use of lime stabilization on this project in order to save on cost associated with the pavement. In lieu of lime stabilization, Skelton, Hubbard, Skelton Partners will increase the pavement thickness from six inches to seven inches in proposed tire lanes, and will increase the pavement thickness from five inches to six inches in proposed parking areas; however, the strength of the concrete will remain unchanged. Thank you for your consideration on this matter. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, ~#)~ Steven M.
