Keith,
As previously discussed, the TDLR comment was to provide an accessible route to the street (since there
are no sidewalks), TDLR has approved the attached route, yet I wanted to run this by you before
proceeding. The firelane remains at 24'; however the curb has been pushed back 3' to accommodate the
ADA path. The reason for this location was to minimize the amount of ramps and also to provide as much
landscaping as possible, since the landscaping is pretty tight as it is.
Please review and advise.

I have consulted with the Fire Marshall on this FDC location. While
the original location appears to be more accessible, the proposed
location still meets our requirements,

Good Evening Keith,
Please find attached a POF of a sketch showing the preferred location
of the FOC, It has been relocated to the parking island south of the
building, next to the fire hydrant. If this location is acceptable, I
will resubmit the plans showing this modification as well as the TAS
changes.
