There is an existing 10' sanitary sewer easement which runs along the north side of the proposed building. In order to keep the meter away from the south and east sides of the building, would it be possible to run the gas line (from the existing gas line west of Lakeshore) just south of the existing 10' sanitary sewer easement and then turn north and place just the meter in this easement along the north elevation of the building? If the owner decides to have multiple tenants, there would be a need for additional meters (the owner is predicting a maximum of 2 additional meters) in the future which would require more space, The owner would like to prevent having these meters sitting by the front door of the building, Please let me know if this is feasible and if you have any suggestions, Thanks, Steven Heilbrun Project Engineer sheilbrun@pkce.com < mailto: sheilbrun@pkce.com> Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers 8350 N, Central Expwy, Suite 1000 Dallas, Texas 75206-1612 T 972235,3031 * F 972.235.9544 www.pkce.com <http://www.pkce.com/>
