Subject: St. Ann Utility Plan
Good Morning Keith,
Per our meeting last Thursday, September 21, revisions have been made to the utility plan for St. Ann
Catholic Parish. Please find attached a PDF showing the revisions. It was decided to move the fire riser
room to the west side of the building to avoid the need for a detector check/vault and the required water
easement for the vault. The 6" fire line will now be tapped off the private portion of the water line.
The FDC has also been moved to be on the same side of the fire lane as an existing fire hydrant, within
50' from this hydrant, and outside of the collapse zone of the building.
The catch basins on the north side of the building are being added back to the plans, and once the plan
has been updated I will send you the rest of the set for your approval; however, I believe the main issue
needing resolution was the fire line and FDC location.
Since the replat will remain unchanged (there will no longer be a need to add a water easement for the
vault), I will include the set of replats that I took with me when I send you the signed and sealed drawings.
Please review the attached plan and let me know if there is anything that needs further addressing.

p.s. The "extra" copy I took with me, after I swapped out the paving plan for Northlake 635 Business Park,
happened to be the city comments. I will return this set along with the St. Ann plans. I didn't want you to
think that they were mis- placed.
