Thank you Keith for your cooperation with state concerning this development. I had a telephone
conversation with Mr. Michael Alturk (engineer on record) late yesterday afternoon. He is supposed to
send me more plan sheets which he didn't submit it with his original package. I still have the issue of
discharging storm water entirely to IH635 service road. I am working with Michael to make this
development acceptable to both party.

Before I can process this permit I need the answer to my following questions (which Mr. Michael Alturk is
aware of them).
1. Posted speed limit
2. Drainage.
Existing ?? contour line is shown on "Utility Plan" !!
Proposed contour lines are not shown
do not like proposed flumes on the north side of development, to bring the water to state R.O.W..
Natural ground within the property is slopping eastward, and this is where the water should goes..
Sheet C -9 shows area "A ", and area "B ". Where is the dividing line between the two?
Where is a table showing drainage calculation for pre - development.
3. Driveway
What is the thickness of concrete driveway?
Where are the detail for connection of proposed driveway to Royal Lane, and to parking are
