The City of Coppell Engineering Department is aware of this project. We have reviewed the developer's
plans and have placed the project on hold until such time as they have secured the right to use the
property outside our city.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply.
Approval of private driveway connections to public streets is a simple
administrative function at the City of Irving. I shall work with Keith
Marvin at the City of Coppell to ensure that all points of access are
reviewed and approved as a system and not individually by City. Of
course, that is obvious as applied to the driveway access at the old
Cotton Road intersection approach.
