Dear Mr. Ragland:
During the last several weeks numerous inspections have taken place,
punch lists prepared, and additional final inspections held on the
referenced project. A final inspection and letter of acceptance for
the paving was issued May 7. However, to date final acceptance of
the utilities has not been issued.
I have found this subdivision to meet all City requirements and it is
acceptable to me. The engineer for Coppell Municipal Utility District
No. 1 has also inspected the project and given his acceptance of. the
utilities. They have requested a letter from the city officially
accepting the subdivision. I am also request;rig a letter of acceptance.
Please forward copies to this office and to Pierce/Lunsford Assoc.
