I have briefly been in contact with Marci Diamond at the City of
Coppell. She is aware that the lease is under negotiations and that
there has been a delay in the approval from the DFW Airport Board. It
is really their (Coppell) decision whether to proceed with the review of
final plans contingent upon DFW approval as we have stated in all
correspondence. We have been asked to delay the item and a meeting has
been scheduled to further discuss this development with the City of
Coppell later this month.
Dependent upon the outcome of the meeting, we will attempt to schedule
the item the next available date for Board approval.

THE GROUND LEASE HAS BEEN AGREED UPON IN PRINCIPLE BY BOTH
PARTIES (DFW / VICTRON STORES, LP). THE REMAINING REQUIRED
DOCUMENTATION BY DFW IS MORE ADMINISTRATIVE IN NATURE I.E. SURVEY,
ETC.... FURTHER, THE BOARD HEARING FOR FINAL APPROVAL WILL TAKE PLACE ON
DECEMBER , 2006.
YOUR A GREAT WRITER AND CERTAINLY YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO BEEF UP
THE CONTENT SOMEWHAT. HOWEVER, STYLING YOUR LETTER IN ANY FASHION AS
DESCRIBED ABOVE WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL...
MS. DIAMOND MENTIONED TO OUR ENGINEER (IMAD KATTAN) TODAY THAT A
LETTER IN THIS STYLE AND FORMAT SHOULD ENABLE HER TO GET APPROVAL FROM
HER SUPERIORS TO COMMENCE WITH PLAN REVIEW, ETC....
THIS IS ALL VICTRON IS ASKING AT THIS JUNCTURE. VICTRON'S PLANS
ARE FINISHED AND WAITING FOR REVIEW. LOSING ANOTHER 6 WEEKS WILL REALLY
CAUSE A WIDE VARIETY OF PROBLEMS.
AS ALWAYS, YOU HAVE BEEN A REAL TROOPER AND SO HELPFUL WITH
THIS ENDEAVOR....
