Keith,
The inspector (Rick O'dell) for Vista Point South - Phase II is requiring that all of the concrete (public and private)
be pumped. I have looked in the city ordinances and have not been able to find anything relating to this
requirement. Is this a city requirement? If so, where can I find this information? The firelanes are in place and
were pumped; however, are the parking lots and hardscape areas required to be pumped as well?
I know we had a similar issue with fly ash earlier in the project. Rick had stated there could be no fly ash in any
Coppell concrete. I believe the "Coppell concrete" was limited to the public portions of the site, and fly ash was
permitted in the public portions (i.e. piers). Are we dealing with the same issue for pumping the concrete?
If you could please clarify the situation, I'd appreciate it.
